ADCES24 Registration Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happens, and sometime changes need to be made. Eligible cancellations must be received by
Thursday, June 20, 2024. See the cancellation policy and elibility below:
- A $75 administrtive fee will be charged at the time of cancellation if received by Thursday, June 20, 2024.
- Registration fees are forfieted if cancellation is received starting Friday, June 21, 2024.
- No-shows will not receive a refund.
- Refunds will be granted for FULL PROGRAM and CORE Concepts registrations ONLY.
- No refunds will be granted for students, guests, single day, preconference courses, or Celebration tickets.
- ADCES 1-year Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- All cancellations must be received in writing via email to adces@mcievents.com.
Can I change my In-Person registration to On-Demand?Registrants may convert an in-person registration to on-demand until Thursday, July 18 and receive a refund equal to the difference between the in-person rate at the time of their original registration and the on-demand registration rate at the time of the conversion request. Requests can be made by emailing
adces@mcievents.com.
Can I change my On-Demand registration to In-Person?Registrants may convert an on-demand registration to an in-person registration until Thursday, July 18. Registrants will be responsible for payment of the difference between the on-demand rate at the time of their original registration and the in-person registration rate at the time of the conversion request. Requests can be made by emailing
adces@mcievents.com.
