Registration

Q: When does registration open, and how can I register?
A: Registration opens in March 2025. You can register online through the ADCES25 website.

Q: Are there any early bird discounts available?
A: Yes, early bird rates will be available from 3/25 - 6/25. Standard rates will be from 6/26 - 12/29. Please check the registration page for further details.

Q: Do I need to be a member of ADCES to register?
A: The conference is open to all. You do not have to be an ADCES member to attend. However, one of the many benefits of being an ADCES member is the opportunity to save on conference registration. To learn more about membership, view our membership page here.

Q: How can I become an ADCES Member?
A: You can join online at ADCES’ home page: Membership Join or Renew

Q: If I become a member before I register, will I be able to receive the ADCES Member Rate?
A: Yes, you can receive the ADCES member rate. Please allow 24 hours for your membership to become active before you register for the conference.

Q: Am I able to purchase ADCES membership during ADCES25 registration and receive the member rate?
A: Yes, attendees interested in becoming an ADCES member will have the option to purchase during the registration process. It is a 1-year Active membership that cannot be cancelled or transferred.

Q: Am I able to renew my ADCES membership during the registration process?
A: No. You can only purchase a new 1-year ADCES membership. To renew your ADCES membership, please contact membership@adces.org for further information or log into your ADCES account.

Q: Can I pay by check?
A: Yes. Please download and complete the ADCES25 Registration Form, then attach it to your check payment.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Click here to view our cancellation policy.

Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: Yes, you can bring a guest for $100.00. Guests will only have access to the Exhibit Hall and General Sessions. Guests are not eligible for continuing education hours or participation in industry events (education theaters, corporate symposia, and special events). You will have the option to add a Guest to your registration during the registration process. There is no refund if a guest cancels.

Q: Can I register for both the CORE Concepts Course and the In-Person Annual Conference?
A: No, you cannot register for both ADCES25 and CORE Concepts as sessions overlap. You can register for CORE Concepts and the On-Demand Conference.

Q: Will ADCES25 be offered in an on-demand format?
A: Yes! Attendees have the option to participate either in-person Friday, August 8 - Monday, August 11, 2025, in Phoenix, AZ or via the On-Demand option available Monday, August 25 - Monday, December 29. Session recordings will be available through Monday, December 29, 2025.

In-Person Conference

Q: What is the location of the in-person conference?
A: ADCES25 in-person will take place in Phoenix, AZ at the Phoenix Convention Center (100 N 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004) from Friday, August 8 to Monday, August 11, 2025.

Q: Do I need to register for education sessions I want to attend?
A: No. All education sessions are available on a first-come, first-served seating basis.

Q: How do I register for individual sessions, Corporate Symposia, and Education Theaters?
A: There is no pre-registration required for Corporate Symposia or Education Theaters. Availability is on a first-come, first-served seating basis.

Q: How do I download the ADCES25 mobile app?
A: The ADCES25 mobile app will be available in July 2025.

Q: Will there be a virtual or hybrid attendance option?
A: ADCES25 offers an on-demand option between Monday, August 25 - Monday, December 29, but no live-streamed sessions.

Q: What networking opportunities are available?
A: ADCES25 will host networking events and an Exhibit Hall reception. Further details will be available in the online planner and mobile app. 

Housing

Q: What is the headquarter hotel for ADCES25 and the address?
A: Sheraton Phoenix Downtown (340 N 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004)

Q: Is there a map of all the hotels?
A: Yes, you can view a map of the hotels here. This map, and the list of our other hotels, can be found on the Housing page.

Q: What is the housing deadline?
A: Friday, July 18, 2025, is the last day to book your hotel through ADCES’ Official Housing Partner, MCI. Please note hotel rooms are based on availability in ADCES’ Hotel Block.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my hotel reservation?
A: Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation through ADCES' Official Housing Partner, MCI.

Q: Are there discounted hotel rates?
A: Yes, discounted rates are available when booking through ADCES’ housing block.

Q: Is there accessible lodging and transportation?
A: Yes, all ADCES25 hotels and the Phoenix Convention Center are ADA-compliant. Contact your hotel directly for specific accessibility needs.


Travel & Transportation

Q: How do I book my airfare?
A: Attendees are responsible for booking their own airfare. ADCES has partnered with Delta, Southwest, and United Airlines to help attendees receive a discount on airfare. Visit the Annual Conference Travel Page for more information.

Q: Which airport would I fly into to attend ADCES25?
A: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (4.4 miles from the convention center).

Q: Where can I park at the Phoenix Convention Center?
A: You may find more information about parking at the convention center by visiting their website: Phoenix Convention Center Parking.

Q: Will shuttle bus transportation be available?
A: ADCES does not provide shuttle service. Visit the Annual Conference Travel Page for more information.


CE/CME Information

Q: Will sessions count toward CDCES renewal?
A: Yes. ADCES is a recognized provider by the CBDCE.

Q: Can I reprint past CE Statements of Credit?
A: Yes. 2019-2024 certificates are available online. For older requests, email ceapplication@adces.org.

Q: What CE credits are available for Core Concepts?
A: Core Concepts attendees will be able to receive CE from the three general sessions as well as sessions taking place on Monday, August 11, 2025.

Exhibit Hall & Special Events

Q: What are the Exhibit Hall hours?
A: The Exhibit Hall schedule will be posted closer to the conference dates.

Q: Is there a dress code for the conference?
A: We want you to be comfortable and enjoy the event. Business casual attire is recommended and since meeting rooms are often cold, you may wish to bring either a jacket or a sweater. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as there will be plenty of walking throughout the venue.
