Join us for an in-depth, interactive approach to diabetes care and management using real-world case studies. This training gives attendees a brief refresher of the popular Pharmacology Boot Camp as a foundation to engage in clinical case study applications and discussions. Cases will focus on approaches to optimal medication management, including how and when to add or de-prescribe current medication therapies.
